My assignment at the Samaki Smoked Fish Company in Port Jervis was one of my favorite in recent memory. I loved smoked salmon. I got to photographer and learn much of the process of creating smoked fish from Jason Marrian, the owner of Samaki. He is a true artist when it comes to making smoked fish. Their fish is considered some of the highest quality in the country. These are a few of the pages from the magazine and from inside the facility along with a few portraits.
