About 15 years ago I wanted to shoot time lapse images of nature. Well, the limitations of film and scanners made for some very primitive looking images. I gave up figuring never again.
Fast forward many years to digital photography. Now the technology allows for much much higher quality time lapse images. So a few weeks ago I setup my tripod and fired off 300 images about 3 seconds apart. The video below isn’t really that good. I need better video editing software and a higher quality video server. But it does prove the point that I can go ahead and experiment again with time lapse.
I have included my 2 original time lapse images from 15 years ago for comparison.
