I photographed Sasha and Josh’s wedding recently at Dutchess Manor in Beacon. They are both photographers themselves so it was nice photographing a couple who understands the possibilities of a portrait. It was a beautiful day the ceremony but near the end of the night thunderstorms rolled in across the river. They grabbed me and asked if we could so a long exposure of the thunderstorms. I setup a single light and shot away for about 5 minutes or so. We ended up with a great shot of the sky lit up behind both of them. It was a wonderful low key wedding, my favorite type to shoot. These are some of the highlights from the day.
