Russell Ger – Greater Newburgh Symphony Orchestra

I shot Russell Ger shortly before the Greater Newburgh Symphony Orchestra’s first performance of 2016. This guy has energy, talent and a personality. I went to Mount St. Mary College’s hall where they perform and got Russell on stage. I used on grided softbox on him and one strobe behind him to separate him out from the black background. The light on the stage is actually the theater lighting. These shots are dramatic to match his style.
