Portraits of an activist

These portraits were for an Orange Magazine feature on Yuri-Nam Wasserman who is fighting for a unified Korea. She lives in Orange County with her family and uses her art to get her message across. These were some creative portraits we did in her yard. The shots actually were done during the eclipse in August which helped me overpower the sun with my strobe creating a even more dramatic effect. Yuri was amazing to work with and was up for any suggestions I had and had tons of her own.
