Freelance journalist in Iraq

I photographed Sam Kimball for the latest edition of Orange Magazine. I sat down with him at his parents’ home in Warwick recently. I wanted to capture a portrait of Sam at his laptop creating an intense look as if he was reporting from the middle east. I used a single bare strobe bounced off of his laptop screen to get the look I wanted. Here are a few from the shoot.
