Dance Portraits

I don’t normally post the dance school photos I shoot for the Dance Emporium in Middletown, but I was so happy with the way the background and lighting turned out this year that I decided to share them. Here are a few portraits along with a setup photo showing the lighting and how we shot it. For the lighting I used Nikon strobes. One is a softlighter camera right up high and the other was bare grided aimed at the backdrop to create the light spot.
