Album Cover – Out of the Light

I photographed Juanita Backerman recently for the cover of her new album Out of the Light. It was a great concept to work with so we setup a shoot late in the evening along the Hudson River to catch the sun low in the sky. I wanted to create the feeling with my light behind her as well as the sun beaming through the trees that she was coming out of the light. These are a few of the best from the shoot. It was a great experience collaborating with Juanita to come up with such a great concept.
