These are the 2018 Orange County Women of Achievement published in Orange Magazine. This is the 5th year I have photographed the honorees. This shoot is always one of my favorite to photograph. This year I went for a full body pose for the main portrait and a half body portrait for the secondary. I used one light up high in front of each subject and a second light with a very tight grid on the background. Very simple lighting but with the almost leather looking background it makes for a strong portrait. I included one shot of the setup to show the position of the lights.
